I was looking for a web application to play music for free.
Now I have found that application in www.grooveshark.com.
Here you can listen music to your heart’s content, explore and build playlists.
While other music streaming applications require a client, this is webbased.
The advantage of Grooveshark, is that if your music is missing in the database, you can upload it yourself to the Grooveshark servers.
This is an advantage compared to Spotify, where it is to the record labels and artists to decide whether music should be made available online.
